Tourism Dawson Creek knows that exceptional customer service is one of the most important assets a business can possess. Delivering a consistent and high quality service experience is one of the most effective and cost efficient ways to attract and retain customers. These successful enterprises treat their customers as if each one is wearing a sign that says, ‘make me feel important!’ Tourism Dawson Creek wants to recognize these businesses or employees that do this.
Tourism Dawson Creek’s Exceptional Service Award Program – was launched in late 2004, and offers an opportunity for customers and clients to show their appreciation to service-conscious businesses; for employees to be recognized for their above-average efforts; and for exemplary businesses to receive the recognition that they deserve.
The Exceptional Service Award program allows you to show your appreciation by recognizing employees or businesses that raise the standard for customer service excellence in Dawson Creek.
Annually, an Exceptional Service Award winner will be selected based on customer feedback and the nomination(s) received. All nominees will be recognized at the Dawson Creek Chamber of Commerce President’s Gala, and one nominee will be presented with the Exceptional Service Award. The winner will receive a certificate,a plaque, be featured on the Tourism Dawson Creek web site, and recognized in the local media.
