WiL is a Canadian born contemporary roots artist living on Vancouver Island. His music  style is unique, blending elements of traditional country, roots-rock, soul and blues like many ‘Americana’ artists yet WiL defies the expansive genre, ever so slightly, by adding elements of straight up pop music resulting in a distinctive and refreshing sound. Perhaps best known musically for contributing a host of songs (including the flagship anthem 'Roam’ to Travel Alberta's award winning media campaign, it's his live show that leaves fans and critics buzzing with words like ‘electric’, ‘mesmerizing’ and ‘spell-binding’. He has been compared to artists such as Ray LaMontagne and Ryan Adams.

Live, he performs his eclectic brand of contemporary roots inspired rock with band members Keith Gallant (drums) and Lena Birtwistle (keys/vocals).
